We are thrilled to announce our partnership on the 520 5th Avenue development, an extraordinary boutique skyscraper that will rise 1,000 feet above Fifth Avenue, right in the heart of New York City. This iconic project is designed by the world-renowned architecture firm KPF and developed by Rabina Development, promises to be a landmark in the city.
As part of this collaboration, we have created a bespoke application that perfectly aligns with the unique branding and ambiance of this prestigious project. Our app features stunning renderings and artwork, providing a virtual tour of the development. It also includes an residence finder with a detailed inventory of available units, 360-degree panoramic views, and allocated media for each residence.
In their sales suite, there are four dedicated screens, each with a unique focus: one for residential units, one for office spaces, one for Moss, their social club, and a theater with an immersive video wall. Property Platform allows for custom screensavers on each monitor and we have seamlessly integrated our application with the physical model on site.

In Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, a stunning 7-story, 209,000-square-foot building, developed by Avdoo Partners Development, seamlessly complements Bergen’s tree-lined street with its elegant design and thoughtful architecture. Property Platform worked in close collaboration with the creative team at Pandiscio Green, to design and develop a custom sales and marketing app for Bergen, where the user experience aligns perfectly with Avdoo Partners’ vision. Our successful partnerships with Pandiscio Green have been instrumental in bringing several high-profile projects to life, including 888 Brickell Dolce & Gabbana and Sutton Tower.
The immersive sales application has been meticulously tailored to the development’s unique branding. It features several interactive elements, including a virtual model of the development with a dollhouse effect that allows users to explore all the amenities in detail. We integrated our software with several large displays throughout the sales gallery and connected to the scale model, enabling units and amenities to light up during the presentation. Additionally, the application showcases a beautiful brand film, and renderings created by DARCSTUDIO, enhancing the overall user experience and providing a comprehensive view of what Bergen has to offer.
Bergen features 105 luxury condominium residences ranging from studio through five bedrooms, and featuring 53 unique unit types. With prices starting from $700,000, and an extensive collection of amenities that span 14,500 square feet across four levels, Bergen offers a variety of options to suit different lifestyles.

Tasked with creating a cutting-edge sales tool tailored to the project’s unique needs, Property Platform has developed an application that provides easy access to unit inventory, floor plans, and the tower’s impressive views. The application organizes marketing materials in a visually appealing and user-friendly manner, effectively showcasing the luxury amenities and lifestyle offered by Shorecrest.
Property Platform seamlessly integrated the application into two large 4K screens onsite, as well as a scale model by Richard Tenguerian, delivering an immersive experience for potential buyers. These integrations not only provide a visually stunning showcase of the Shorecrest development but also facilitate dynamic presentations and interactive demonstrations.

Having successfully collaborated with SHVO on San Francisco’s Transamerica Pyramid, Property Platform was honored to craft a bespoke application for The Raleigh. Designed to enhance the sales experience, this innovative tool seamlessly integrates dynamic presentations with the property’s distinctive brand. Property Platform also developed a series of innovative interactive maps to guide potential buyers through the impressive onsite amenities. From The Raleigh Hotel to The Rosewood Residences and The Beach Club, these maps offer clients a captivating glimpse into the property’s diverse offerings, along with an interactive gallery highlighting Rosewood’s global portfolio.

The Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills represents the first standalone residential project by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in California. Designed by the esteemed Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen of New York, this limited collection comprises 17 estate homes, six of which feature private outdoor pools and spas. Prestigious à la carte services and world-class amenities that Rosewood is known for require a sales technology that leads with storytelling – making Property Platform the natural solution for their sales and marketing technology platform.
 
Property Platform equipped the Rosewood Beverly Hills sales team with the ability to seamlessly engage their clients worldwide. With sales launching before the completion of the presentation gallery, agents utilized the iPad app to meet clients in the field and our remote presentation tool allowed agents to meet with clients who could only connect virtually. Both solutions deliver the Rosewood story – one that successfully caters to the discerning preferences of luxury residential buyers; with thoughtfully curated high-resolution content, a virtual model with dollhouse views, interactive floor plans, and thorough unit details, all meticulously organized for the most discerning buyer.

Property Platform has partnered with SHVO Developments to elevate the leasing experience for their iconic project in San Francisco, Transamerica. Leveraging the innovative capabilities of the platform, Property Platform showcases the project to prospective tenants.
Designed by Foster & Partners, the leasing gallery features an exhibition space, an immersion room, and a presentation area, all seamlessly powered by Property Platform. With a simple touch, the system controls lighting, shades, and activates various ‘modes’ tailored to different presentations.
The Presentation Area boasts an ultra-wide HD screen measuring approximately 30 feet wide by 8 feet high. Positioned in front of it are meticulously crafted scale models of the Transamerica Center Masterplan, as well as the Transamerica Pyramid, 2 Transamerica, and 3 Transamerica.
To enhance guest engagement, Property Platform developed a standalone experience that enables visitors to independently navigate through digital galleries while interacting with the masterplan model. As guests navigate the experience, corresponding spaces light up on the ground plane model, creating an immersive and interactive experience.

Dolce&Gabbana, renowned for their luxury fashion, introduces their debut residential project in collaboration with JDS Development: 888 Brickell. Partnering with Property Platform and leveraging our property technology, we have unveiled a fully tailored luxury real estate sales and marketing tool for 888 Brickell’s Residences. This groundbreaking project merges high-end fashion with opulent living, offering a unique and exclusive lifestyle opportunity.
The 1,049-foot-tall mixed-use development, located at 888 Brickell Avenue in Miami, will become a prominent feature of Miami’s rising skyline in this highly sought-after area. 888 Brickell Residences will offer a variety of 1 to 4-bedroom units, including penthouses, totaling 259 condominiums. Each unit will feature “lockout” functions that allow owners to close off a suite or guest room, enabling participation in a hotel rental program. This high-end property will be accompanied by a range of amenities, including a fitness center, padel court, pool, and unique branded food and beverage spaces throughout the property.
Property Platform collaborated with the team at Pandiscio Green to create a mobile sales and marketing application aligned with 888 Brickell’s branding. The application also included a customized CRM integration with SPARK, allowing the team to seamlessly access and edit client data through Property Platform. Another particularly interesting challenge was supporting 888 Brickell’s unique lock-out feature. In the end, we modified our system to allow for multiple plans per unit, enabling the sales team to smoothly toggle between the various floor plan options on each unit page.

Ytech trusted Property Platform to create an advanced digital sales and marketing solution for this exceptional development. The Residences at 1428 Brickell demanded a sales gallery that reflects its visionary essence. With Property Platform expertly integrated, the historic Nolan House mansion has transformed into an experiential sales gallery, immersing clients in a journey that captivates from the outset.
Property Platform provides Ytech’s sales team with the ultimate digital solution to lead clients through a riveting experience within the two-story gallery.  Interactive displays, intricate scale models, and an immersive cinema room set the stage for discovery. Monogram, a new development situated in midtown Manhattan, draws inspiration from timeless New York City elegance fused with a contemporary perspective.
Property Platform collaborated with Hopson and their Brand Partner, Anthology, on this distinctive project. Within this venture, Property Platform implemented a series of interconnected screens on location, providing the sales staff with the flexibility to deliver seamless presentations across various spaces. The immersive sales application, customized to reflect Monogram’s branding, empowers the sales team’s ability to exhibit stunning renderings by Recent Spaces, comprehensive unit information, and intricate floor plans.
Additionally, Property Platform executed a seamless CRM integration in partnership with our friends at SPARK, facilitating effortless access to and modification of client and unit data by the team.

Introducing our partnership with Shell Bay Residences, the new development by Development firms, Witkoff and PPG, hosts an array of luxurious amenities including: private golf club, The Shell Bay Club; a tennis center; pickleball and padel courts; a 48-slip private yacht club; and a private members’ Clubhouse with a spa and fitness center. There will be 108 residences over 20 stories with one- to four-bedroom floor plans. There will also be an exclusive collection of penthouse homes with private outdoor spaces and plunge pools in select residences. With residences set to open in 2025, the sales team wanted to hit the ground running and ensure they could provide their clients with a seamless sales presentation in person or remotely.
Property Platform were given the exciting opportunity to work alongside their creative team, King and Partners, to produce a custom sales and marketing tool that will combine our seamless functionality with their vibrant design and can integrate with their sales gallery. Onsite, Property Platform is displayed on a series of different screens throughout the sales suite, including an Immersive widescreen, where the building’s expansive 360 views and rendered interiors are shown to full effect. Within the app, Property Platform also created a real-time, virtual 3D version of the building model, allowing the sales team to show apartments in context — even when outside the sales gallery. The application also included the ability to compare floorplans, favourite units, pinch and zoom functionality on all content.

For decades the Shore Club hotel has had an legendary presence on Miami Beach and has now launched the Shore Club Private Collection, 49 residences designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects including a new 200-foot-tall oceanfront tower from the legendary architect that is his nautical-inspired spin on the area’s iconic architecture. Property Platform were hired to create a unique and immersive sales experience to help elevate sales in a sophisticated and effortless manner.
Property Platform worked alongside the Property Developers; Witkoff and Monroe Capital, Javas Lehn the creative agency and their sales team at Douglas Elliman to create a custom sales and marketing tool. This tool is created to be used in three key ways, as a stand alone presentation tool, as a controller for the sales gallery and as a remote presentation tool.
On this iconic project we integrated our presentation tool within the sales gallery, giving the sales team the ability to control content on 4k screens whilst simutalianlty controlling the 3d model thus giving the clients a completely immersive sales experience and eliminating the loss of content quality experienced with traditional screen sharing. The app itself is stylized and built to match with Shore Clubs branding, it contains a number of our functionalities including the apartment finder that contains 360 views, pinch and zoomable floor plans incorporated with a comparison tool and a remote presentation tool by which sales agents can lead their clients through a virtual tour using a custom remotely controlled web link – eliminating the loss of content quality experienced with traditional screen sharing.

64 University, a unique 11-story residential development by Bsafal, working alongside KPF architecture firm and designed by Space Copenhagen is based in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village offering units to fit all requirements from small studio apartments to spacious penthouses. The 55,000-square-foot include 28 residences; 9 one-bedroom units, 13 two-bedroom units, 4 three-bedroom units and 2 penthouse units and is a project that is setting a new benchmark for unique residential developments and set to complete by October 2024.

Property Platform has partnered with Related Companies on South Flagler House, their newest luxury high rise residential development project based in Palm Beach, Florida. Constructed on Florida’s Gold Coast, South Flagler House was designed by Architects RAMSA and Pembrooke & Ives.
In total South Flagler House boasts ninety-one residences in three to six-bedroom homes, penthouses, and townhouses. Residents will have access to the impressive amenities including; wellness facilities, waterfront swimming pools and cabanas, and private g­ardens.
Property Platform understood that this was a one of a kind real estate project that needed a sales and marketing tool to match. Using our bespoke property technology, we created an application that was as seamless and as high quality as the building itself. The app has a range of functionalities; showcasing detailed floor plans, an apartment finder, views to compare, the ability to switch between the two buildings and townhomes. We also included a section of content that contained in depth details on the team behind this significant development, all wrapped into a customized application that fitted the brand.

Developer JVP Management and Architects Thomas Juul-Hansen & Stephen B. Jacobs Group partnered up to create 96+Broadway, a sophisticated residential building that was designed to embody the grandeur of the Upper West Side.
The development offers 131 luxurious units ranging up to 5 bedrooms, all offering gracious balance of space and light. Within this development there are a number of remarkable amenities including; a 75-foot saltwater pool surrounded by spa facilities, a fitness center, squash court, a roof terrace that transforms into a twilight outdoor cinema, a children’s play room and more.
Property Platform built a customized application that was designed by our creative team, Pandisco Green, in keeping with 96+Broadways specific brand guidelines and created with a vision of delivering a seamless presentation tool that helps enhance and elevate the sales experience.

The Cortland is the newest residential waterfront property to join the historic West Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. Inspired by the surrounding area’s rich architectural history, the project is a collaboration between acclaimed architects Robert A.M. Stern and Olson Kundig and developed by Related. The Cortland boasts a total of 144 residences including feature units hosting private terraces overlooking the Hudson River and crowned by three floors of penthouse residences.
Working alongside Related’s creative team Property Platform ensured that every touchpoint of the digital sales experience was true to the Cortland’s elevated aesthetic. We used our bespoke software to both enhance the physical onsite sales gallery as well as create an interactive experience within our app and accessible via tablet. Property Platform aimed to accelerate sales and provide a valuable tool for The Cortland sales team. We did this by:
<ul>
<li>Building a customized application using our unique software that includes an apartment finder and provides panoramic views from each floor accessible via a web browser or iPad.</li>
<li>Including a CMS system that enables brokers to track new and existing clients.</li>
<li>Providing brokers with the ability to send a personalized PDF brochure of their favorite units with all relevant information.</li>
<li>Built an integrated onsite sales gallery with LED Model Lighting which was able to light up specific areas of the model building during presentations. This allows brokers to “light up” individual units, amenities, and wings of the building.</li>

Property Platform partnered with Gamma Real Estate and JVP Management to create a sales tool specifically tailored for the launch of Sutton Tower. Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen, the tower offers panoramic views of the New York City skyline and boasts 22,000 square feet of amenities. Sutton Tower amenities will include a 50-foot-long swimming pool, spa suites, multiple steam rooms, an infrared sauna, a fitness center with yoga and dance studios, a training and boxing room, a lounge with billiards and outdoor dining terrace, a library, a media room, and a private landscaped garden.
We collaborated with their creative agency, Pandiscio Green, to develop and build a bespoke sales and marketing tool that integrates seamlessly with their sales gallery. Using the iPad as a control device, the sales team at Corcoran Sunshine can effortlessly present Sutton Tower, utilizing the screens to project high-quality content and create an enhanced sales experience.

Developers Fortis Property Group paired with Architect Stantec to create the new dramatic and enchanting residential development, Parker Project. The Parker building is based in the heart of Boston where you are met with culture and entertainment, cobblestone streets and charming boutiques alongside views overlooking Boston Common. The luxurious development will contain 168-unit condominiums as well as sophisticated amenities on the lower, ground and rooftop levels.
We incorporated the Parker Project branding and stylized the application to fit exactly what the client requested. Property Platform built a Sales and Marketing tool that can be used globally, independent of internet connection, to give their team the ability to present seamless sales experience at any given moment. With this particular project, instead of incorporating a sales gallery integration, we gave them the ability to airplay their presentation onto any screen using the Ipad as the controller.
We built the application to contain high quality 4k resolutions, the ability to interact with corresponding unit views and floorplans, alongside filtering out the units in a sub navigation manner. Within the application we have also created a section dedicated to the fabulous neighborhood and the exceptional team behind the design and build of Parker Project.
The marketing tool we created for Parker Project means that the sales team has easy access to all information they would need to make an effortless sale pre-build.

Silverstein and SHoP Architects have taken one of Brooklyn’s most iconic historic business centers and transformed it into a luxury residential district with over 400 luxury apartments available. A soaring height of 1,073-foot provides expansive views across Brooklyn and Manhattan, and instantly makes this building a landmark.
Property Platform worked alongside Silverstein, SHoP architects, and our friends at <a href="https://noeassociates.com/">Noe & Associates</a> on this unique project. Property Platform installed a set of integrated screens onsite in the 46th floor model residences, allowing the sales team to present from any number of screens in each of these spaces. The immersive sales application, tailored to Brooklyn Tower’s branding, has several interactive features including a stylized virtual model of the tower and amenity diagram. Post appointment, the sales teams at Douglas Elliman in New York, and Knight Frank abroad are able to increase engagement through Property Platform’s Custom URL – personalized microsites with each of their client’s preferred units. When in-person appointments are not possible, the sales team is using our remote presentation tool to reach prospective buyers around the world.

Property Platform is pleased to announce the launch of our custom application for the Naples Beach Club, and our second partnership with Four Seasons Residences.  In the winter 2021 Property Platform launched a new sales and marketing application for the Naples Beach Club in Florida, where the Athens Group and MSD Partners are redeveloping the historic site.   Maintaining the hospitality standards that the Watkins Family, the original owners, had upheld for many generations, the redeveloped Naples Beach Club will include a 216-room hotel and resort managed by Four Seasons, as well as 185 luxury residences.
The Athens Group is a world known developer of resorts and luxury residences such as Montages in Deer Valley & Beverly Hills, Ritz Carlton Resorts, The Four Seasons in Hawaii and more.
Property Platform created a unique application to showcase the expansive vision for the project which celebrates the quintessential coastal Florida feeling. We worked alongside the design team at Intercommunications to create a bespoke build that included layers of high quality content set against a sunset-colored palette, an interactive site plan, and an Apartment Finder featuring several interactive tower diagrams.

In the Summer of 2021 Property Platform launched our second project in Vancouver and our second partnership with Bosa Properties. Fifteen Fifteen, by Büro Ole Scheeren, with its distinctive facade with numerous stacked boxy volumes, will be located at 1515 Alberni Street in the Coal Harbour neighbourhood. Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties are developing the project.
Fifteen Fifteen will include 202 condominiums, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, which includes 18 Observatory Residences located in the horizontally cantilevered portions of the building and four penthouse apartments.
Onsite, Property Platform is displayed on a series of different screens throughout the sales suite, including an Immersive widescreen, where the building’s expansive views and 360 rendered interiors are shown to full effect. For this project Property Platform also built a beautifully stylized interactive virtual model, allowing the sales team to show exact unit locations even when not in front of the physical building model. In addition, we also integrated with Salesforce’s CRM syncing all client and availability data seamlessly between the two systems.

Property Platform is thrilled to announce our first collaboration with Bosa Properties and first project launch in Canada. Designed by Gensler, Central Park House is located in Vancouver’s desirable Metrotown neighborhood. The modern tower showcases a sleek rectilinear design and includes 356 condominium units with an extensive amenities program. 
For Central Park House, Property Platform was not only tasked with building a broker-led presentation tool, but also a “kiosk” version with which walk-in visitors can interact directly.  The kiosk application has a user-friendly interface allowing guests to engage with interactive content like renderings, videos, and floorplan finder.  With easy to configure settings, Property Platform’s kiosk application is a powerful, adaptable, and stable tool that offers guests a self guided luxury experience. 
Other new features include the ability to easily sort by floorplan name during a presentation, a beautifully stylized virtual model of the tower, and an integration with the Salesforce CRM system for ongoing sales management. 
Outside of the sales center, the Central Park House team has been utilizing Property Platform’s new remote presentation tool.  Our remote tool offers agents the ability to lead their clients through a virtual tour using a custom remotely controlled web link – eliminating the loss of content quality experienced with traditional screen sharing.
