Property Platform is pleased to announce the launch of our custom application for the Naples Beach Club, and our second partnership with Four Seasons Residences.  In the winter 2021 Property Platform launched a new sales and marketing application for the Naples Beach Club in Florida, where the Athens Group and MSD Partners are redeveloping the historic site.   Maintaining the hospitality standards that the Watkins Family, the original owners, had upheld for many generations, the redeveloped Naples Beach Club will include a 216-room hotel and resort managed by Four Seasons, as well as 185 luxury residences.
The Athens Group is a world known developer of resorts and luxury residences such as Montages in Deer Valley & Beverly Hills, Ritz Carlton Resorts, The Four Seasons in Hawaii and more.
Property Platform created a unique application to showcase the expansive vision for the project which celebrates the quintessential coastal Florida feeling. We worked alongside the design team at Intercommunications to create a bespoke build that included layers of high quality content set against a sunset-colored palette, an interactive site plan, and an Apartment Finder featuring several interactive tower diagrams.

Developers Fortis Property Group paired with Architect Stantec to create the new dramatic and enchanting residential development, Parker Project. The Parker building is based in the heart of Boston where you are met with culture and entertainment, cobblestone streets and charming boutiques alongside views overlooking Boston Common. The luxurious development will contain 168-unit condominiums as well as sophisticated amenities on the lower, ground and rooftop levels.
We incorporated the Parker Project branding and stylized the application to fit exactly what the client requested. Property Platform built a Sales and Marketing tool that can be used globally, independent of internet connection, to give their team the ability to present seamless sales experience at any given moment. With this particular project, instead of incorporating a sales gallery integration, we gave them the ability to airplay their presentation onto any screen using the Ipad as the controller.
We built the application to contain high quality 4k resolutions, the ability to interact with corresponding unit views and floorplans, alongside filtering out the units in a sub navigation manner. Within the application we have also created a section dedicated to the fabulous neighborhood and the exceptional team behind the design and build of Parker Project.
The marketing tool we created for Parker Project means that the sales team has easy access to all information they would need to make an effortless sale pre-build.

Silverstein and SHoP Architects have taken one of Brooklyn’s most iconic historic business centers and transformed it into a luxury residential district with over 400 luxury apartments available. A soaring height of 1,073-foot provides expansive views across Brooklyn and Manhattan, and instantly makes this building a landmark.
Property Platform worked alongside Silverstein, SHoP architects, and our friends at <a href="https://noeassociates.com/">Noe & Associates</a> on this unique project. Property Platform installed a set of integrated screens onsite in the 46th floor model residences, allowing the sales team to present from any number of screens in each of these spaces. The immersive sales application, tailored to Brooklyn Tower’s branding, has several interactive features including a stylized virtual model of the tower and amenity diagram. Post appointment, the sales teams at Douglas Elliman in New York, and Knight Frank abroad are able to increase engagement through Property Platform’s Custom URL – personalized microsites with each of their client’s preferred units. When in-person appointments are not possible, the sales team is using our remote presentation tool to reach prospective buyers around the world.
