We are proud to have partnered with DAMAC International and Zaha Hadid Architects on the groundbreaking The Delmore, a luxurious waterfront condominium located in Miami’s exclusive Billionaire’s Triangle.

In collaboration with DAMAC, Douglas Elliman, and the creative team at Noe & Associates, we designed a cutting-edge sales presentation tool for The Delmore. Our team developed an interactive application that seamlessly integrates into the sales gallery. This application serves as both a standalone sales tool and a dynamic iPad-controlled system within the gallery, providing an immersive experience for potential buyers.

The platform features an interactive 3D model that highlights available residences, allowing clients to explore layouts, finishes, and views with unmatched clarity. As units are selected in the Residence Finder, they light up in real-time, creating an engaging and hands-on experience. This advanced technology not only showcases the development’s key selling points using, films, imagery, and text but also offers clients an in-depth exploration of the surrounding areas.

By combining stunning visuals, a sleek user interface, and seamless integration with the sales gallery, our platform is helping the sales team at Douglas Elliman kick off pre-construction sales, ensuring The Delmore stands as a true icon in Miami’s luxury real estate market.
