The Flatiron Building

Property Platform is honored to support the residential transformation of the iconic Flatiron Building. Originally completed in 1902 by renowned architect Daniel Burnham as the Fuller Building, the structure remains one of the most instantly recognizable silhouettes in the world with its distinctive triangular form. Its pioneering steel-frame construction positioned it among the world’s earliest skyscrapers, redefining what was possible in urban architecture.

Today, the building enters a new chapter as private residences, with a transformation led by architect William Sofield and developed by The Brodsky Organization and The Sorgente Group.

In an intimate and sophisticated sales suite, Property Platform serves as the primary sales tool. The experience unfolds across three display screens:one large central presentation and two more focused touchpoints that invite buyers to interact with the system directly to view floor plans and other media.

Property Platform also created a suite of luxury post-appointment tools that allow the sales team to maintain momentum through personalized, high-impact follow-up. . These tools have already contributed to record-breaking results for the project.
