We are proud to be part of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami, a groundbreaking collaboration between JDS Development and Mercedes-Benz, with sales led by SERHANT. Designed by SHoP Architects, this striking two-tower development is setting a new standard for luxury and innovation.

To elevate the sales experience, we developed a custom application that seamlessly integrates with the project’s high-tech sales gallery. Our software is featured across five displays throughout the space, showcasing stunning renderings, cinematic films, and immersive 360-degree panoramic views, giving buyers an in-depth look at the residences and amenities.

A standout feature of our integration is the interactive 3D model, designed to engage clients in a dynamic, hands-on way. As brokers guide buyers through the presentation, selected residences light up in real time, creating a seamless connection between digital and physical elements. This interactive approach allows clients to explore layouts, finishes, and views with unmatched clarity, elevating the entire sales journey.
