Rising at 140 Jane Street in Manhattan’s coveted West Village, this eleven-story residential development occupies a prime corner at Jane and West Streets along the Hudson River waterfront. Designed by Leroy Street Studio, with BKSK Architects serving as executive architect, the 120 feet tall, 105,804-square-foot building is being developed by Aurora Capital Associates.
The project introduces a limited collection of fifteen condominium residences, complemented by ground-floor commercial space, a cellar level, a thirty-foot rear yard, and twenty enclosed parking spaces. Despite the intimate scale,, the team at 140 Jane Street recognized the significant value that Property Platform’s sales and marketing tools would bring to the overall sales experience.
With a strong emphasis on storytelling and meticulous attention to detail, our technology seamlessly enhances every touchpoint of the sales journey, from the sales gallery to post-appointment engagement, ensuring a refined and cohesive experience for 140 Jane street’s exclusive clientele.
In collaboration with the creative team at Noë & Associates, we developed a bespoke application that maintains brand consistency while giving brokers effortless access to inventory, marketing materials, and interactive presentation tools. The sales gallery features a dynamic and immersive experience, featuring our signature 4K and iOS setup alongside an interactive Surface Studio display, enabling brokers to guide clients through 360-degree views and premium finishes while allowing buyers to explore floor plans in real time.
